This training is exclusively for CFT local leaders, bargaining team members, and other member leaders who currently serve on, or are interested in forming, a Health Benefits Committee (HBC). The session provides a clear roadmap for building or revitalizing a collaborative labor–management committee focused on improving healthcare or health insurance decisions. Participants will gain tools to foster transparency, define roles, and create a shared action plan that builds trust and achieves better outcomes.
