Our webinars are presented through Zoom and you will need to register through Zoom. You will receive email confirmation of your webinar registration directly from Zoom; in a few circumstances you will register to attend on the CFT website and receive the Zoom link from CFT.

Participants will discuss and practice exercising the legal rights and responsibilities of union representatives. Participants will be introduced to the concept of Duty of Fair Representation, Weingarten Rights, and an introduction to The Seven Test of Just Cause & role of worksite leaders.
