Participants will discuss ways we can solve problems on the job by engaging members in coordinated actions and using the grievance procedure. This workshop introduces participants to basic grievance handling as well as strategies for conducting successful meetings with management.

Know Your Rights: LGBTQ+
Virtual Training

This workshop will provide an overview of existing California policies protecting LGBTQ+ students and educators as well as current proposed legislation in Sacramento and Washington DC. The workshop will also include a collaborative working session to generate strategies for supporting LGBTQ+ students in the classroom and on campus.
