The CFT has actively been working on strengthening its cultural competency to foster racial, LGBTQ, and gender equity. In order to continue to strengthen equitable recruitment, hiring, and retention practices, the CFT compiles a census of all CFT staff’s racial backgrounds. Leadership is requesting your cooperation in completing this survey. The surveys will only be viewed by the Controller, Liz Soto, who compiles the data and maintains the census. 

Completion of this form is voluntary and will not affect your employment, or the terms, or conditions of your employment. This form will be used for census reporting purposes only and will be kept separate from all other personnel records only accessed by Liz Soto. If you have any questions please email Liz Soto.
