Where did the CFT come from?  What were the issues that motivated its founders and leaders down through the years? How did it distinguish itself from CTA?  At what points did CFT lead coalitions to major educational and political reforms in California? And why do these things matter today?  A lecture / slideshow will address these questions and more, and demonstrate materials that can be used by local leaders to bring CFT history to rank and file members.
