The AFT will host a Western Region meeting in Oakland as part of a series our national union is holding throughout the country. Topics will include the 2020 presidential election and the future focus for AFT and labor. There will also be a Resource Fair, with information available from AFT departments and programs.

There will be useful workshops and opportunities to network with our colleagues in the western region. There will be time to socialize as well. The AFT will pay for one room per local for Saturday night plus meals.
