The CFT has actively been working on strengthening its cultural competency to foster racial, LGBTQ, and gender equity. The CFT needs to compile a diversity census of it’s council members. Leadership is requesting your cooperation in completing this survey. The surveys will only be viewed by the Controller, Liz Soto, who will compile the census. 

Completion of this form is voluntary. The information on this form will be kept confidential and used internally for census reporting purposes. It will be kept separate and only accessed by Liz Soto. Please complete and submit the online form.

If you choose not to self-identify your race/ethnicity at this time, the CFT will determine this information by visual survey and/or other available information for this census reporting only. We ask that you complete and submit the survey, by no later than July 9, 2021. Thank you.
