  • Fees are $1000 for a single room.
  • You may pay fees for one or multiple participants on this form. 
  • This transaction will go through PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account to complete payment.
  • Follow all prompts. When you have successfully completed payment, you will receive two emails — one from the CFT website and one from PayPal. Your payment is not complete if you don’t receive a PayPal confirmation.
