CFT’s Member Leadership Academy is looking for energetic and motivated members who are committed to union values and want to unleash their leadership potential. This academic year-long program will train and provide members the opportunity to enhance their campaign organizing and mobilizing skills. If you can get release time from work beginning August 2027 and want to play an active role in your union, the MLA is for you.
