Audio Visual Needs and Materials

All workshop rooms will be set up with markers, a flip chart, and an easel. A microphone will be provided for larger rooms. Due to high hotel costs, CCE is unable to provide wireless or hardwired internet access in breakout rooms. Check all that apply.

Note: We are excited to announce that CCE is going green and moving towards a more sustainable approach to providing materials for our workshops. As a presenter for our upcoming event, we kindly ask for your cooperation in providing all necessary materials by September 4, 2026.

All materials will need to be sent to ggarcia@cft.org this way all participants can download the materials. This includes presentation slides, handouts, and any other relevant documents needed for your session.

We appreciate your support in this initiative towards a more environmentally friendly practice.
