Worksite Leaders: Tools for Problem-Solving
Webinar Series, Part 4 – Evening Course
The final installment of our series explains a variety of tools union can use to solve problems in the worksite. Participants will better understand a variety of actions, how to choose the most appropriate one, and how to escalate actions towards a good outcome. Participants will also leave equipped to handle the initial steps of a grievance, including interviews, investigations, and informal meetings with management.
The CFT is offering our four-part Worksite Leaders Training in two ways —on four Wednesday evenings and on two Saturdays. Participation in the entire series is encouraged but not required. You may attend any session at the time slot that works best for you. You can click on the dates below to register for any session. You must register for each individual session you choose to attend.
