Worksite Leaders: Tools for Problem-Solving
Webinar Series, Part 4 – Evening Course
The final installment of our series explains a variety of tools union can use to solve problems in the worksite. Participants will better understand a variety of actions, how to choose the most appropriate one, and how to escalate actions towards a good outcome. Participants will also leave equipped to handle the initial steps of a grievance, including interviews, investigations, and informal meetings with management.
The CFT is offering our four-part Worksite Leaders Training in two ways —on four Wednesday evenings and on two Saturdays. Participation in the entire series is encouraged but not required.
