CFT State Council Summit
Hilton Anaheim Hotel

Training

The State Council Summit is a great training opportunity and governance meeting for many local leaders including presidents, secretary treasurers, organizers, site representatives, negotiators, and more. At the Summit, each Division Council will meet to discuss constituency issues, priorities, and more. The Summit culminates with the State Council on Saturday.

The Summit will kick off with lunch on Thursday, at 11:30 am, and be followed by many instructive workshops designed to give attendees the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge.

As a reminder:

  • The role of the State Council is to discuss and adopt policies that emerge from Committees, Division Councils, and state and local executive boards.
  • Each local has one voting delegate at the State Council.
  • The local delegate is appointed by the local president or executive board.
