Continue to Support the CFT One Faculty Task Force to Achieve its Vision

Whereas, a resolution to form a strategic planning task force to end the two-tier system in community colleges was adopted by the CFT State Council on March 19, 2022; and

Whereas, the task force report was due by January 1, 2024; and

Whereas, the One Faculty Task Force, composed of full-time and part-time faculty, developed a One Faculty Vision adopted in October 2024; and

Whereas, the Task Force has completed a report detailing its accomplishments and developed goals for Phase One of a Strategic Plan;

Therefore, be it resolved that the CFT adopt the One Faculty Task Force Progress Report and approve Phase One goals; and

Be it finally resolved that the CFT continue to support the work of the Task Force to achieve its Vision.
