By combining traditional appreciation with strategic solidarity actions—ranging from a unified Monday Solidarity Walk-In to a local-wide Friday Union Shirt Day—this week creates a powerful narrative of essentiality and strength.

It is more than just a “thank you”; it is a coordinated effort to demonstrate that our schools don’t just run on brick and mortar, but on the tireless, multi-tasking labor of the professionals who fix, feed, transport, and support our students every single day.
