The UC-AFT has produced new organizing materials to support librarian bargaining.  A new brochure focuses on library quality, including information on salaries,  recruitment and retention, and workload. Three librarians from UCSB recorded a public service announcement to be aired on campus radio stations.  The PSA has been circulated to all campus stations.  It is currently being played at UCSB, UCSD and possibly other stations. Librarians should contact their campus radio station to help get the PSA on the air.  Click here to listen to the PSA.

A new bookmark is available for distribution at reference desks throughout UC Libraries.  The colorful bookmark uses our "I ♥ UC Librarians" theme, and provides a link to the librarian run website: uclibrarians.org

There are several buttons available including, "I ♥ UC Librarians", "Underpaid UC Librarian", and a blinky button that reads, "$upport UC Librarians".
