CFT supports the call by the national AFL-CIO for solidarity rallies across the country on Monday, April 4. These are meant to support the heroic efforts of public employees whose wages, pensions and collective bargaining rights are under attack in Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan and elsewhere. But they are also meant to provide you with a chance to speak out about the political choices made here in California too. Click here to find the rally closest to you. Go there with signs that demand returning the rich and the corporations to the fair tax rates they once paid, so that we might fund public education and social services at a level that meets the needs of our students and the population of California.
