1. Dream Act 130 & 131 – build awareness
               1% on %, “Corporations not People,”get an initiative going – a campaign for next election, petition campaign shirts, buttons, 30-second ads,

2. Training by a group like Limited for a Fair Economy
CFT ULI needs (1) union training for new leaders; (2) union values; (3) bottom-up organizing

  1. Gabriel will draft a letter for teaching in Honduras, we will exchange and forward it.
  2. CFT ULI needs to be open for all members & “union 101”

3. Ethnic Minority Leadership Participation Committee follow resolution to have rank & file members/

Convention

1.            Show film “Educate Me” from British Columbia and discussion.
2.            Education speaker from Honduras, Puerto Rico, Wisconsin
3.            Parent as a speaker and a workshop by parent leader
4.            Civil rights Conference in Detroit: have CFT send one person and our locals send people. Send two people from CFT to planning meeting for Trinational Coalition Conference planning meeting    & send four people from CFT to conference itself and encourage locals to send delegates and CFT and locals donate money for the conference as well.
