This report is very important in improving California's education for adults. The Joint Board Task Force on Noncredit and Adult Education has worked since July 1, 1997, to ensure that major issues of major concern to the State Board of Education and the Board of Governors, California Community Colleges were thoroughly examined and recommendations made to improve both systems.
